Quick recap

Five years after the first film, Dom was hijacking fuel tankers in the Dominican Republic with Letty and Han. To protect her, he leaves on his own. Months later, he hears Letty has been murdered and heads back to Los Angeles. Brian, now with the FBI, is hunting drug lord Arturo Braga, and the two investigations collide. Dom and Brian join the crew running heroin across the border and learn that Fenix, Braga's enforcer, killed Letty. Brian reveals she was working undercover for him in exchange for clearing Dom's record. The two catch Braga in Mexico, and Dom kills Fenix in the tunnel. Dom turns himself in and gets 25 years. The prison bus rolls down the highway as Brian, Mia and the others speed in to surround it.
