Quick recap

After letting Dom escape, Brian O'Conner flees to Miami and makes a living street racing his Skyline. He gets busted at a race, and the FBI and Customs offer a deal: a clean record if he goes undercover in drug lord Carter Verone's organization. Brian picks Roman Pearce as his partner, a childhood friend who still blames him for landing in prison. Agent Monica Fuentes, already undercover with Verone, helps them from the inside. Verone uncovers the surveillance, orders Brian killed and takes Monica to his yacht. Brian and Roman turn the tables, and Brian launches the Camaro onto the yacht and takes Verone down. Records cleared, the two decide to stay in Miami and open a garage with some of Verone's cash.
