Five years after the first film, Dom Toretto is living as a fugitive in the Dominican Republic. He's planning to steal a fuel shipment and calls in Han and Rico Santos to help. First, the group has to get Tego Leo out of prison. Dom meets with Elvis, a local politician, to set up the job, but they have different reasons: Elvis is after political leverage, while Dom wants to share the fuel with a community hit hard by high prices. The crew spends its days talking, eating and planning by the beach. At the end, Letty shows up by surprise, and she and Dom pick up their romance. The short ends just before the heist that opens Fast & Furious.
