Released in November 2019 by Burlyman, the 20th anniversary edition puts every story from volumes 1 and 2 into a single 400-page hardcover, from the trial of B1-66ER to the Kid in I Kant. What's new are 4 stories never printed before: An Easy One by Tommy Lee Edwards; Day In... Day Out by Ted McKeever and Keron Grant; Return of the Prodigal Son by Gregory Ruth; and Let It All Fall Down by Paul Chadwick. As in the earlier volumes, there's no continuous plot, and each story stands on its own. Spencer Lamm's introduction explains how comics made for the web became a book.

Behind the scenes"This book was never supposed to exist"
Spencer Lamm's introduction opens by saying the book was never supposed to exist: the stories were made for the web, with no plans to print them. Reader demand changed that.
Besides everything from volumes 1 and 2, there are 4 stories never printed before: An Easy One by Tommy Lee Edwards; Day In... Day Out by Ted McKeever and Keron Grant; Return of the Prodigal Son by Gregory Ruth; and Let It All Fall Down by Paul Chadwick.
Even the 20th anniversary edition isn't complete: two web comics remain unprinted, Morning Sickness, made by the Manex visual effects team, and The Man Who Knew Too Much.
Behind the scenesReleased alongside Doc Frankenstein
Burlyman released the book on the same day, November 6, 2019, as the deluxe edition of Doc Frankenstein, another of its comics, with an introduction by Lana Wachowski.
