Quick recap

Neo's mind is stuck in a train station between the Matrix and the machine world. Trinity, Morpheus and Seraph force the Merovingian to let him go. The Oracle explains that Smith has become Neo's opposite; soon after, Smith absorbs her. As Zion fights off the Sentinel invasion, Neo and Trinity head for the Machine City. Bane, possessed by Smith, blinds Neo, who beats him anyway. On arrival, Trinity dies. Neo offers the Deus Ex Machina a deal: he'll stop Smith in exchange for peace. In the final fight, Neo lets himself be absorbed, and every copy of Smith is destroyed. The Sentinels pull back from Zion, and the machines carry Neo's body away.
