Quick recap

Nine anime shorts from different directors expand the Matrix world. The Second Renaissance, in two parts, shows how humans built the machines, persecuted them and lost the war. Final Flight of the Osiris follows the Osiris crew as they spot a Sentinel army digging toward Zion; the ship is destroyed, but Jue drops the warning at a mailbox inside the Matrix before she dies. Kid's Story follows a teenager who escapes the Matrix on his own. The rest bring a training simulation (Program), a sprinter who nearly wakes up breaking a record (World Record), a house full of glitches (Beyond), a detective hunting Trinity (A Detective Story) and rebels trying to win over a machine (Matriculated). Left open: the Osiris warning still has to reach Zion.
