Quick recap

Rick has spent years as a prisoner of the CRM. After several escape attempts and cutting off his own hand, he ends up in uniform. Michonne, who left her kids in Alexandria to find him, survives a CRM chlorine gas attack, attacks a helicopter and finds Rick again. Inside the CRM, Jadis, now going by Anne, threatens everyone they love. Michonne throws herself and Rick out of a helicopter, and the two escape. Jadis is bitten by a walker and dies. Rick and Michonne get married and go back to take the CRM apart. Major General Beale plans to wipe out Portland with chlorine gas. Rick kills Beale, Michonne kills Thorne, and an explosion destroys the CRM's command. In the end, they go home and reunite with Judith and RJ.
