The Siege of Mandalore, running alongside Revenge of the Sith. Ahsoka, no longer in the Jedi Order, asks for help capturing Maul on Mandalore. Anakin lends her Rex and part of the 501st, and Bo-Katan fights alongside them. Ahsoka duels Maul, who says Sidious wants Anakin as his apprentice, and she captures him. On the way to Coruscant, Order 66 hits and the clones turn on Ahsoka. She frees Maul as a distraction and removes Rex's inhibitor chip, restoring his free will. Maul sabotages the cruiser, which crashes on a moon. Ahsoka and Rex escape, bury the clones and leave her lightsaber behind, faking their deaths. Later, Darth Vader finds the lightsaber in the wreckage.
