Ahsoka Tano

As a baby, Ahsoka shows Force sensitivity during a hunt in her home village on Shili. Jedi Master Plo Koon comes for her and takes her to the Temple.

As a teenager, she is assigned as Padawan to Anakin Skywalker, who didn't want an apprentice at all. Their first mission together is rescuing Rotta, Jabba the Hutt's baby son.

Over the Clone Wars, Ahsoka goes from the kid Anakin calls Snips to a commander. She earns the clones' respect, forms a strong bond with Captain Rex, and learns from Padmé Amidala how Republic politics work. She also makes mistakes that cost lives, and learns from them. Anakin trains her to survive on her own, even against stronger opponents.

An explosion in the Jedi Temple hangar kills several people, and the evidence points to Ahsoka. She runs, is hunted by the Republic, and is expelled from the Order before her trial. Anakin finds the real culprit: Barriss Offee, Ahsoka's friend, who had lost her faith in the Jedi.

Cleared, Ahsoka is invited back. She says no. She walks out of the Temple alone, leaving Anakin behind.

Near the end of the war, Ahsoka leads Rex's troops alongside Bo-Katan to pry Mandalore out of Maul's control. She fights Maul and captures him. On the way to Coruscant, Order 66 comes down. Rex, under the chip's control, tries to kill her. Ahsoka frees Maul to cause chaos, manages to remove Rex's chip, and the two escape the crashing ship.

Before leaving, they bury the dead clones. Ahsoka leaves her lightsaber at the site, and Darth Vader later finds it.

After the fall of the Jedi, Ahsoka lives in hiding until an Inquisitor finds her and she starts fighting again. Years later, she works for the rebellion organized by Bail Organa under the codename Fulcrum, passing intel to the rebels. She reveals herself to the Ghost crew at the end of Rebels season one.

Ahsoka, Kanan, and Ezra travel to a Sith temple on Malachor, where they run into Maul. There, Ahsoka confirms what she feared: Darth Vader is Anakin. She fights him to give the others time to escape, cracks his helmet, and tells him she won't leave him again. The temple collapses and she disappears.

Ezra enters the World Between Worlds, a plane outside of time, and pulls Ahsoka out of the exact moment of her duel with Vader. She stops him from changing the past to save Kanan and goes back to her own timeline. In the series epilogue, after the Battle of Lothal, Ahsoka reappears in white and sets out with Sabine Wren to find Ezra.

In the city of Calodan, on Corvus, Ahsoka confronts Magistrate Morgan Elsbeth and demands to know where Elsbeth's master, Grand Admiral Thrawn, is. Din Djarin shows up with the child. Ahsoka learns his name, Grogu, but won't train him. Later, she visits Luke Skywalker while he's teaching Grogu and talks with him about the little one.

In her own series, Ahsoka finds a map that could lead to Thrawn and Ezra, both missing since the purrgil carried them off. She seeks out Sabine, her former apprentice, to decode it. Former Jedi Baylan Skoll and Shin Hati, allies of Morgan Elsbeth, steal the map, and Shin wounds Sabine.

Ahsoka starts training Sabine again. On Seatos, she kills the Inquisitor Marrok, faces Baylan, and is knocked off a cliff into the sea while Sabine trades the map for a chance to see Ezra again.

Unconscious, Ahsoka wakes up in the World Between Worlds and finds Anakin. He says he's come to finish her training. She relives scenes from the Clone Wars, faces her fear of carrying her master's dark side, and chooses to live. She wakes up in the sea and, with Huyang, follows the purrgil to Peridea, a planet in another galaxy.

There, she reunites with Sabine and Ezra. In the battle at the fortress, Ahsoka kills Morgan Elsbeth, but Thrawn escapes. Ahsoka and Sabine are left stranded on Peridea with Huyang, watched from afar by Anakin's spirit. Season two premieres January 20, 2027.

In the final fight against Palpatine, Rey hears the voices of many Jedi from the past. Ahsoka's is one of them.

The novel Ahsoka (2016), by E. K. Johnston, covers the period when she lived in hiding after Order 66, before she became Fulcrum.
