Quick recap

Wong, Doctor Strange's loyal partner, has terminal cancer. To save him, Strange hunts down Otkid's Elixir, a magical cure, but is shot during a break-in at his sanctum. Wounded, he ends up at Night Nurse's underground clinic, where she tends his body while Strange's spirit acts on the astral plane. The thief, the Brigand, was working for Nicodemus West, a former student of the Ancient One who now believes magic harms the world and wants the elixir destroyed. Strange confronts West on a rooftop. West falls with the vial, but Strange saves enough to cure Wong and ends the story rethinking his doctor's oath.
