Quick recap
Stephen Strange, a brilliant and arrogant neurosurgeon, wrecks his hands in a car crash. Obsessed with a cure, he goes broke. He travels to Kamar-Taj in Nepal, where the Ancient One trains him in the mystic arts, with Mordo and Wong as mentors. In secret, he learns to manipulate time with the Eye of Agamotto. The villain is Kaecilius, a former student of the Ancient One who serves Dormammu, a being from the Dark Dimension. Kaecilius attacks the Sanctums and fatally wounds the Ancient One, who also drew power from the Dark Dimension. In Hong Kong, Strange reverses time and traps Dormammu in a loop until he gives up on Earth. Wong reveals the Eye holds an Infinity Stone, and Strange takes over the New York Sanctum.

4 easter eggs
Hidden details
CameoStan Lee reading Huxley
During the Mirror Dimension fight that folds the street and the bus, Stan Lee sits laughing to himself over Aldous Huxley's The Doors of Perception. The book is about experiences with hallucinogens.
In the comics, Christine Palmer is one of the Night Nurses, who secretly patch up wounded heroes. In the movie she does pretty much that when Strange shows up injured at the hospital.
Check the date on Strange's watch: Tuesday, February 2. That's Groundhog Day, the date that gives the movie Groundhog Day its title. It fits the time loop he uses against Dormammu at the end.
In the psychedelic trip where the Ancient One throws Strange through other dimensions, one of them recreates a two-page spread drawn by Steve Ditko, the character's co-creator.
No spoilersThe easter eggs give away parts of the title. They open once you mark it as seen.
