Quick recap

John kills the Elder in Morocco. The High Table gives full power to the Marquis de Gramont, who levels the New York Continental, strips Winston of his post and kills Charon. The Marquis forces Caine, a blind assassin and old friend of John's, to hunt him to keep his daughter alive. In Osaka, Shimazu dies protecting John. Winston suggests a way out: challenge the Marquis to a duel. For that, John must rejoin the Ruska Roma, and the price is killing Killa in Berlin. In Paris, with the whole city after him, John climbs the stairs to Sacré-Cœur. In the duel, the Marquis takes Caine's place for the last shot and dies. John is free and collapses on the steps. Winston and the Bowery King visit his grave.
