Quick recap

Jimmy takes the job at Davis & Main in Santa Fe, but he doesn't fit in. He shoots an unauthorized Sandpiper commercial, gets reprimanded, and Kim Wexler is demoted at HHM as fallout. Jimmy gets himself fired without paying back his bonus. Kim tries to take Mesa Verde bank to a practice of her own, but Chuck talks the bank into staying with HHM. So Jimmy doctors the bank's documents to make Chuck slip up, and the client goes back to Kim, who shares an office with him. Mike sets up Tuco's arrest, charges Hector Salamanca a steep price and drops his plan to kill him after finding a note on his car: "Don't." In the end, Jimmy confesses the fraud to Chuck, who secretly records it all.
