Quick recap

In 2166, Vandal Savage rules the world and kills the family of Rip Hunter, a Time Master. Rip heads back to 2016 and recruits heroes and villains history won't miss: Ray Palmer, Sara Lance, Martin Stein and Jefferson Jackson, who together form Firestorm, Kendra and Carter, Leonard Snart and Mick Rory. Aboard the Waverider, they chase Savage across eras. Carter dies early on. Snart sacrifices himself to destroy the Oculus, and the team learns the Time Masters were protecting Savage. In the end, they kill Savage in three eras at once. Kendra and Carter stay behind, and Rex Tyler of the Justice Society appears warning that they're all going to die.
