Quick recap
Oliver and Felicity return to Starling, now Star City, to take on H.I.V.E. and Damien Darhk, a terrorist with magic powers. Oliver takes the name Green Arrow and runs for mayor. Laurel and Thea take Sara's body to the Lazarus Pit, and John Constantine restores her soul. Oliver learns he has a son, William, and hides it from Felicity, which ends their engagement. Felicity is paralyzed in an attack. Diggle's brother, Andy, works for Darhk. Darhk kills Laurel with an arrow. He launches nuclear missiles, and one wipes out the town of Havenrock.
