That Earth's Ray escapes to Earth-1 and passes his light powers to his double before dying. On Earth-1, Ray Terrill is an out-of-work housing advocate who hasn't found the courage to come out. He tests his powers with his coworker John Trujillo, gets S.T.A.R. Labs' attention and starts operating as the Ray. He begins dating Jacob. In the last episode, Ray is sedated by mysterious figures.
