Quick recap
A miniseries of shorts set in Galar, the region of Pokémon Sword and Shield, outside the anime's continuity. Each episode follows a different character from the region through a slice of everyday life, with little battling and lots of atmosphere. The first shows a hospitalized boy, a fan of Champion Leon, who gets an unexpected visit. The next ones drop in on Gym Leaders, rivals and Chairman Rose's team, like his assistant Oleana, showing what each of them does away from the stadiums. The episodes stand alone and add up to a portrait of the region just before the games' big competition.
