Quick recap
A three-episode miniseries set in Hisui, the ancient region that will one day become Sinnoh, outside the anime's continuity. A grown-up Alec remembers the first time his father took him there, back when humans and Pokémon still eyed each other with suspicion. As a boy he befriends a Hisuian Zorua despite his father's doubts, and braves the snow, danger and wild Pokémon. Returning to Hisui years later, Alec reunites with his father and risks a space-time distortion to save Pokémon. There, a Hisuian Zoroark helps him: it's his old friend, now evolved. Father and son make peace.
