Pokémon the Movie: Genesect and the Legend Awakened

Five Genesect, ancient Pokémon revived by science, arrive in New Tork City looking for a home and build a giant nest that drains the city's power. Ash, Iris and Cilan get involved when the red Genesect, the group's leader, clashes with a different Mewtwo, one also created by humans that understands their pain. The fighting tears the city apart and nobody can get through to anyone. One Genesect sacrifices itself to protect Ash, and the leader starts to change. Mewtwo Mega Evolves and carries the red Genesect high into the sky, where the two finally connect. In the end, the Genesect get a real home in a nature park.

• Mid-credits In the credits, the Genesect finish their nest in the nature park, and Mewtwo stands atop a building overlooking a city at night, a nod to the original Mewtwo.
