Quick recap

Pokémon Ranger Jackie rescues a Manaphy Egg from the pirate Phantom and runs into Ash, May, Max and Brock. They join a circus troupe of the People of the Water, who guard the way to the Sea Temple, Samiya. The Egg hatches, and Manaphy treats May as its mother. To bring the little Prince of the Sea to the temple during an eclipse, the group crosses the ocean with Phantom on their tail. Inside Samiya, the pirate tries to steal the Sea Crown, and the temple starts to flood. Ash risks his life to reactivate the temple, and Samiya is saved. In tears, May says goodbye to Manaphy, who stays in the sea.
