Quick recap

In the future of 2013, Sentinels rule the U.S. and the last mutants live in internment camps. An adult Kate Pryde sends her mind back into the body of 1980's Kitty, newly arrived at the X-Men. In the present, Mystique's Brotherhood of Mutants plans to kill Senator Robert Kelly in Congress, and that killing is what sets the nightmare in motion. The X-Men race to stop it, while in the future the last heroes stage a desperate attack. The killing is stopped, Kitty is herself again, and no one knows if the future changed. The other issues feature Alpha Flight and Kitty alone against a demon in the mansion.

Trivia

  1. ReferenceKitty traveled, not Logan

In the comics, the one who sends her mind back is Kate Pryde, the grown-up Kitty. The film swapped in Wolverine, but Bryan Singer kept Kitty as the one who makes the trip possible.
