Quick recap

Marc Spector wakes up in a New York asylum. The doctors say he has always been sick and that Moon Knight never existed. But the city outside seems overrun by Egyptian gods, and Khonshu, the moon god, keeps talking to him. Marc escapes and starts shifting between his identities: Steven Grant, a movie producer; Jake Lockley, a cab driver; and Marc himself, mercenary and hero. Revisiting his childhood, he finds his symptoms began long before he became a hero, and that Khonshu may have caused it all. The god tries to take him over completely. The story ends with Marc rejecting Khonshu and accepting every part of himself.
