Quick recap

John gets his Mustang back and tries to retire again. Santino D'Antonio of the Camorra shows up with a marker, a blood oath John swore to honor. John refuses, and Santino blows up his house. Winston reminds him that a marker can't be refused. In Rome, John kills Gianna, Santino's sister, who had inherited their father's High Table seat that he wanted. Santino then puts a $7 million bounty on John. He fights the bodyguard Cassian, assassins all over New York and Santino's mute enforcer Ares. With help from the Bowery King, John reaches Santino, who is hiding in the Continental. John kills him right there, breaking the hotel's rule. Winston declares him excommunicado but gives him an hour's head start. Left open: the whole world is coming for John.
