Harry uses magic against dementors and is nearly expelled, but he's cleared. The Ministry denies Voldemort's return and brands Harry a liar. The Order of the Phoenix meets at 12 Grimmauld Place. At Hogwarts, Dolores Umbridge bans practical spells, and Harry secretly trains classmates in Dumbledore's Army. Linked to Voldemort's mind, he sees Mr. Weasley get attacked. Umbridge uncovers the Army and Dumbledore flees. Harry has a vision of Sirius being tortured in the Department of Mysteries, but it's a trap to get hold of a prophecy.
