Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1

Voldemort takes over the Ministry of Magic. During the escape from the Dursleys' house, Mad-Eye Moody and Hedwig the owl are killed. Bill and Fleur's wedding is attacked, and Harry, Ron and Hermione set out to hunt Horcruxes. They steal the real locket from Umbridge at the Ministry but can't destroy it. Fed up, Ron walks out. In Godric's Hollow, Harry and Hermione fall into a trap set by Nagini. Ron returns, saves Harry in a frozen lake, and destroys the locket with the sword of Gryffindor. Xenophilius Lovegood tells them the legend of the Deathly Hallows. The trio is captured and taken to Malfoy Manor; Dobby rescues them but dies. Left open: Voldemort takes the Elder Wand from Dumbledore's tomb.
