Dr. Wheelo, a scientist who survives only as a brain in a tank, wants the body of the strongest man in the world. His assistant, Dr. Kochin, uses the Dragon Balls to free their ice-locked lab and kidnaps Master Roshi and Bulma, since Wheelo believes Roshi is the strongest. Goku, Krillin, Piccolo and Gohan storm the lab on a frozen mountain and fight three Bio-Men. Wheelo shows up in a giant robot and decides the body he really wants is Goku's. The fight turns ugly, but Goku gathers the planet's energy into a Spirit Bomb that destroys the robot and the brain for good.
