Quick recap
Mr. Satan is challenged by an old rival, the millionaire Jaguar Butta, and brings Goten, Trunks, Krillin and Android 18 along as backup to an island of labs. There, Jaguar's scientist has been cloning fighters and keeps a sample of Broly's blood. A malfunction lets the Broly clone out of its tank, deformed and coated in a culture fluid that dissolves everything and swallows the island. Goten and Trunks go Super Saiyan and join 18 against Bio-Broly, who keeps growing. The way out is seawater: when it floods the lab, the fluid turns to stone, and the monster is petrified for good.
