Quick recap

Amanda Waller sends two Task Force X teams to the island of Corto Maltese. The first, with Harley Quinn and Rick Flag, is a decoy. The second, with Bloodsport, Peacemaker, King Shark, Polka-Dot Man and Ratcatcher 2, slips in unseen. The mission is to destroy Jötunheim, a Nazi-era lab housing Project Starfish. Harley, captured by the new dictator, kills him once she learns his plans. The team discovers the project is Starro, a giant alien starfish, and that the United States funded the experiments. Flag tries to expose it and is killed by Peacemaker on Waller's orders. Starro breaks free and attacks the city. Ratcatcher 2 and Harley bring it down, and Bloodsport blackmails Waller into freeing the survivors.
