Quick recap

In his second year as Batman, Bruce Wayne works with Lieutenant Jim Gordon to track a masked killer, the Riddler, who murders the mayor on Halloween. The victims are corrupt figures tied to crime boss Carmine Falcone and the Penguin, who runs the Iceberg Lounge. Waitress and thief Selina Kyle is looking for her missing friend, Annika, and teams up with Batman. Selina learns Falcone is her father and tries to kill him, but he's arrested and shot dead by the Riddler, who turns himself in: he's accountant Edward Nashton. His bombs break the seawall and flood Gotham. Batman saves mayor-elect Bella Reál. At the end, Nashton befriends a fellow Arkham inmate, Selina leaves town and Batman resolves to inspire hope.
