Quick recap

At Christmas in Gotham, Oswald Cobblepot, abandoned as a baby by his rich parents and raised by penguins in the sewers, comes out of hiding as the Penguin. He blackmails corrupt tycoon Max Shreck. Shreck pushes his secretary, Selina Kyle, out a window when she uncovers one of his schemes. She survives and becomes Catwoman. Penguin and Catwoman team up to frame Batman, while Bruce and Selina start a romance without knowing who the other is. Shreck runs the Penguin for mayor, but Batman exposes his contempt for the city. Humiliated, the Penguin sends out an army of rocket-armed penguins. Batman turns the rockets back on him, and the Penguin dies. Selina electrocutes Shreck and vanishes. At the end, she gazes up at the Bat-Signal.
