Quick recap

After Armageddon, Barry, Caitlin and Frost face Deathstorm, a creature that feeds on grief and wears Ronnie Raymond's face. Frost sacrifices herself to stop him and dies. Iris has a time sickness that makes her jump between eras, and a new speedster, Meena Dhawan, joins the team. Behind it all are the Negative Forces, who want to resurrect themselves through Iris. Eobard Thawne returns as the avatar of the Negative Speed Force, and Deon, the Still Force's avatar, even kills Iris, who is brought back. Barry defeats Thawne and the Negative Forces. Iris is cured, and Meena loses her powers. Caitlin tries to bring Frost back, but the machine fails and something different wakes up.
