Quick recap

Despero, a psychic alien, arrives in Central City from 2031 and accuses Barry of causing the end of the world. He gives Barry a week to prove his innocence. Heroes show up to help, including Ray Palmer, Ryan Wilder, Alex Danvers, Mia Queen, Jefferson Pierce and Ryan Choi. He wakes up in an altered timeline where Eobard Thawne is Central City's hero, Joe is dead and Barry is treated as the villainous Reverse-Flash. With Damien Darhk's help, he restores the timeline. The team strips Despero's powers without killing him, and Thawne is locked up again.
