Quick recap

Nora West-Allen, Barry and Iris's daughter, came from 2049 to meet her father, who disappears in her future. She joins the team as XS. The enemy is Cicada, Orlin Dwyer, who hunts metahumans with a power-dampening dagger ever since his niece, Grace, was hurt when the satellite fell. The team learns Nora was secretly being coached by Eobard Thawne, imprisoned in the future, and Barry pushes her away. A second Cicada appears: an adult Grace from the future. The meta cure changes the timeline, Grace vanishes and Nora fades away in her parents' arms. Thawne escapes his execution. The Crisis date in the future newspaper moves up to 2019.
