Rip disappears, and Sara takes command of the Waverider. The team now fixes aberrations in time and meets the Justice Society in the 1940s, where Amaya, Vixen, comes from. Against them forms the Legion of Doom: Eobard Thawne, Damien Darhk and Malcolm Merlyn, later joined by a Leonard Snart plucked from the past. They're all after the Spear of Destiny, which can rewrite reality. The Legion wins and remakes the world, but the Legends break free, return to 1916 and face their own past selves. Thawne is erased by the Black Flash. Rip leaves the team. By crossing their own timelines, the Legends break time: 2017 Los Angeles has dinosaurs and buildings from other eras.
