Quick recap
Now mayor of Star City, Oliver puts together a team of rookies: Wild Dog, Mister Terrific, Artemis and Ragman. Later Dinah Drake, the new Black Canary, joins, and Diggle returns. A masked archer, Prometheus, strikes using names from Oliver's old list. In flashbacks to Russia, Oliver joins the Bratva and trains with Talia al Ghul. Artemis betrays the team. Prometheus is DA Adrian Chase, son of a man Oliver killed, and he wants Oliver to admit he kills because he enjoys it. Chase kidnaps William and drags everyone to Lian Yu. Oliver saves his son, Chase shoots himself, and the bombs planted around the island go off with the rest of the team still there.
