Quick recap

The Dominators, aliens who visited Earth back in 1951, return out of fear of metahumans. Barry and Cisco fetch Supergirl from her Earth, and the Flash, Arrow and Legends teams train together in a hangar. Cisco learns Barry tampered with time through Flashpoint, and things sour. The Dominators abduct the president and take over the heroes' minds; Barry tricks Kara into destroying the device. Oliver, Thea, Sara, Diggle and Ray are abducted and trapped in a shared dream where the Queen's Gambit never sank, but they break free. The Legends go back to 1951 and uncover a bomb that would kill every meta. The bomb is stopped, and the Dominators retreat.
