Quick recap

In Central City, Barry faces Roy Bivolo, a metahuman who sends people into a rage with a look. Oliver comes to help train Barry, but they clash over methods. Bivolo gets to Barry, who turns on the team in a fury and fights Oliver. Strobe lights reset Barry's brain, and Bivolo ends up in the S.T.A.R. Labs pipeline. In Starling City, Oliver's team hunts Digger Harkness, Captain Boomerang, an ex-A.R.G.U.S. agent out for revenge on Lyla. Barry, Cisco and Caitlin come to help, and Barry is uneasy about Oliver's coldness. Harkness plants five bombs, which both teams defuse at once, and he ends up locked away on Lian Yu. Cisco gives the Arrow a new suit, and the two heroes spar.
