Quick recap

After the fight, Rocky recovers in the hospital, learns he has a damaged retina and says he's done. He marries Adrian, who gets pregnant, but the money runs out and Rocky can't land a decent job. Meanwhile Apollo gets hate mail claiming the fight was fixed and starts taunting Rocky in public for a rematch. Mickey agrees to come back, but Adrian is against it because of his eye. She collapses, gives birth early and falls into a coma; Rocky only trains for real once she wakes up and tells him to win. In the rematch, Rocky fights right-handed to protect his eye and takes a beating until the 15th round, when he switches back to southpaw. Both men go down; Rocky gets up before ten and becomes champion.
