Quick recap

A CG remake of the first movie, with the same story and few changes. Mewtwo is created from Mew, turns on the scientists, gets used by Giovanni and escapes. Then it lures strong Trainers, Ash, Misty and Brock among them, to New Island, takes their Pokémon and makes clones. Originals and clones fight to exhaustion, and Mew joins the fray. Ash throws himself between Mewtwo's and Mew's attacks and is turned to stone, and the Pokémon's tears bring him back. Mewtwo realizes that how you're born doesn't define you, erases everyone's memory and leaves with the clones.
