Quick recap

In Michina Town, distortions in space threaten the local Pokémon, and Ash, Dawn and Brock meet Sheena, who can sense Pokémon's hearts. Legend says Arceus, creator of the world, lent the Jewel of Life to her ancestor Damos, who never gave it back. Now Arceus wakes up furious, bent on revenge against humanity. Dialga sends the group into the past to set things right. There they learn that Damos was betrayed by Marcus, who hypnotized his Pokémon and tried to steal the jewel. The group defeats Marcus, and the Jewel of Life returns to Arceus. Back in the present, Arceus understands the truth, forgives humanity and leaves in peace.
