Loki S1

Episode 1: the 2012 Loki, who escaped with the Tesseract in Endgame, is arrested by the TVA, the Time Variance Authority, which guards the Sacred Timeline. There he watches his own future, including his mother's death and his own at Thanos's hands. Agent Mobius recruits him to hunt another Loki variant who keeps killing TVA agents. Episode 6: Loki and Sylvie, the variant they were hunting, reach the Citadel at the End of Time. Waiting there is He Who Remains, who built the TVA to stop wars between versions of himself across the multiverse. Sylvie kills him despite his warning, and the Sacred Timeline starts branching. Loki returns to the TVA, but nobody recognizes him and the statue there now shows He Who Remains.
