Quick recap
Doctor Strange rescues America Chavez, a teenager who can travel between universes but can't control it. He goes to Wanda for help, only to find that she, corrupted by the Darkhold, is the one hunting America to steal that power and live with her sons Billy and Tommy in another universe. Wanda attacks Kamar-Taj, and Strange and America escape to Earth-838, where they meet the Illuminati, whom Wanda slaughters, and another Christine Palmer. Strange possesses the corpse of one of his variants to fight Wanda, and America learns to use her power. Wanda sees that universe's boys terrified of her, comes to her senses, destroys every copy of the Darkhold and vanishes as Mount Wundagore collapses. America stays at Kamar-Taj to train. Strange grows a third eye.

5 easter eggs
Hidden details
CameoBruce Campbell and Pizza Poppa
In Universe 838, the pizza ball vendor is Bruce Campbell, Sam Raimi's collaborator since Evil Dead. Strange makes him punch himself, and the final post-credits scene shows the spell lasted until then.
The 1973 Delta 88, the car Raimi puts in almost every movie, floats among the wreckage of the destroyed universe. There's also a toy version on the floor of Wanda's dream house.
Professor X enters the Illuminati chamber in a yellow hover chair, identical to the one from the '90s X-Men cartoon. The score plays a snippet of that show's theme at the same time.
In the fight between the two Stranges, the weapons are the notes themselves. You can pick out Beethoven's Fifth Symphony and Bach's Toccata and Fugue during the clash.
No spoilersThe easter eggs give away parts of the title. They open once you mark it as seen.
