Quick recap

Anime filler. Goku, dead and wearing a halo, earns the right to train on Grand Kai's Planet, home to history's greatest deceased fighters. The four Kais stage a tournament among them, with Grand Kai as judge. Goku beats some odd rivals and meets Pikkon, a West Kai warrior who has already thrashed Cell and Frieza when they caused trouble in Hell. The final between Goku and Pikkon is even and ends in an unexpected way: both fly so high they touch the arena's ceiling and are disqualified. The prize, a lesson from Grand Kai, goes to no one.
