Quick recap

Krillin's death leads Goku to King Piccolo, the Demon King freed by Pilaf after centuries locked away. Piccolo wants the Dragon Balls to regain his youth and sends his demon sons to kill fighters. Goku loses the first fight, Master Roshi dies trying to seal the villain with the Evil Containment Wave, and a rejuvenated Piccolo kills Chiaotzu and Shenron. Goku climbs Korin Tower, drinks the dangerous Ultra Divine Water and unlocks enormous power. Tien tries the seal, but Piccolo protects himself. At the king's palace, Goku punches straight through the villain's chest and wins. Before dying, Piccolo spits out an egg: the son who will avenge him.
