Quick recap

Chasing a ball at the bottom of the sea, Goku, Bulma and Krillin visit Master Roshi's island and set out in a submarine toward a pirate cave. General Blue, a vain Red Ribbon officer, follows them, and the cave is full of traps and robots. Blue steals the ball, flees and freezes Goku with a telekinetic power. The chase ends up in Penguin Village, where the robot girl Arale, incredibly strong and very silly, knocks the general out with no effort. Goku recovers and heads toward Master Korin's tower, while Commander Red, fed up with so many defeats, hires a famous assassin to get rid of the boy.
