Quick recap

Barry is nearly out of speed and Iris is still trapped in the mirror world. Nash Wells sacrifices himself to restore Barry's speed, and Barry defeats Eva McCulloch and rescues Iris. In recreating the Speed Force, Barry unleashes three other forces, of strength, time and mind, which take human form and go to war. Frost gets her own body, separate from Caitlin's. The Speed Force, wearing the face of Barry's mother, goes mad and later recovers. In the end, a speedster from the future, Godspeed, attacks with an army of clones. Nora and Bart, Barry and Iris's kids, arrive from 2049 to help. Eobard Thawne shows up. Barry and Iris renew their vows.
