Quick recap
By saving his mother, Barry creates Flashpoint, a reality where his parents are alive, but he starts losing his memories. He lets Thawne kill Nora again, but the world doesn't snap back: Iris and Joe are estranged, Cisco's brother Dante is dead and Caitlin has ice powers. Wally becomes Kid Flash. Behind it all is Savitar, who calls himself the god of speed. Barry sees a future where Savitar kills Iris and tries to change it. Savitar is a time remnant of Barry himself. H.R. Wells disguises himself as Iris and dies in her place, and Iris kills Savitar. To contain the Speed Force, Barry walks into it and leaves the team behind.
