Quick recap

Freeland is in a crime wave, and Jefferson isn't sure he can still be Black Lightning. Jennifer disappears into the ionosphere and comes back, but something about her seems off. Tobias Whale wants to be mayor and use a device, the Emitter, to strip every meta of their powers. Khalil fights the code that pushes him to kill the Pierces. The Jennifer who came back is an entity that stole her DNA; the real Jennifer rematerializes and absorbs the impostor. Jefferson takes on Tobias in his tower and kills him. In the end, Jefferson retires the suit to mentor Thunder, Lightning and Wylde, and he and Lynn plan to remarry. Khalil's memories of the family are erased to set him free.
