Lynn tries to create a vaccine to stabilize metas and gets hooked on Green Light. Khalil is alive and has become Painkiller, an assassin controlled by the agency. Anissa operates on her own as Blackbird. During the Crisis, Jennifer meets versions of herself from other Earths and Jefferson vanishes for a while. Afterward, Freeland exists on Earth-Prime. The villain Gravedigger, a World War II super soldier, leads the Markovian assault. In the final battle, Lynn strips his powers with a serum, and Chief Henderson dies. The family takes evidence against the A.S.A. to Congress, but Lynn is still secretly using Green Light.
