Quick recap
Two years after Civil War, Scott Lang is under house arrest, and on bad terms with Hank Pym and Hope van Dyne, now fugitives. They open a quantum tunnel and Scott gets a message from Janet van Dyne, lost in the Quantum Realm for 30 years. The three try to rescue her, with Hope suiting up as the Wasp. Black-market dealer Sonny Burch wants the tech, and Ava Starr, aka Ghost, shows up, phasing through walls because of a quantum accident. With Pym's old colleague Bill Foster, Ava wants to cure herself with Janet's energy, which would kill Janet. After a chase across San Francisco, Pym brings Janet back and she stabilizes Ava. Scott gets home just in time for his house arrest to end.
